I recommend scheduling time on your calendar for learning stats (known as time blocking).

Plan more time than you think you’ll need to learn a topic.

For example, if a video on topic x is 30 minutes long, don’t schedule 30 minutes on your calendar for it.

Schedule 1 hour (30+30 minutes) to avoid the planning fallacy (we tend to underestimate the time it’ll take us to get a task done.)
